Deficiency of any of these three elements can cause disruptions in natural hair growth. Apart from these three elements, vitamin B and C are also essential to promote hair growth. Vitamin B increases the absorption rate of useful nutrients to the hair follicles and this may be the main reason for hair growth.
Pregnancy in women:
